Personal data collected through forms on our website is channelled straight into our Intranet system which has limited access for appropriate staff only.
Some partner companies have access to our systems (for example our IT consultants) who comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, including the GDPR.

Operations - We may process your personal data for the purposes of operating our website and the process of assessing grant applications. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely making grants for charitable purposes in line with our governing documents.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely communications with our website visitors and grant applicants, the maintenance of relationships, and the proper administration of our website and operations.
Research and analysis - We may process usage data and/or transaction data for the purposes of researching and analysing the use of our website, as well as researching and analysing other interactions with us.
